The Dixon Elks Lodge #779 is hosting a free Veterans Day dinner on Monday, November 11th from 11:30am-1:30pm.
They will be serving ham, scalloped potatoes, green beans, cole slaw and dessert. Coffee, ice tea and water will also be available.
Veterans eat for free.
Anyone other than a Veteran- $15
If you live in Dixon and are in need of a ride, call the Lodge at 815-288-3357. The Dixon Elks Lodge is teaming up with Reagan Mass Transit to provide free rides for Dixon Veterans.
River Country 101.7 and Sam Ramirez will be there live from 11am-1pm on Monday, November 11th.
