On Monday, April 4, Ogle County, Deputies responded to the 16000 block of West Milledgeville Road, Polo, in reference to a single-vehicle no injury accident.
After an investigation, 33-year-old Nathan T J Hudson of Polo was placed under arrest for driving under the influence of alcohol. Hudson was also cited for improper lane usage, failure to reduce speed, operating an uninsured motor vehicle, and driving under the influence of alcohol with a BAC greater than .08.
Hudson was transported to the Ogle County Jail before being released on a notice to appear. Polo Fire, EMS, and the Polo Police Department assisted deputies at the scene.
