On Monday, April 4, Ogle County Deputies responded to the 100 block of W. Orchard Hills Drive in Rochelle for reports of a domestic disturbance.
After an investigation, Deputies located a vehicle at the intersection of E. Flagg Road and S. Center Road involved in the incident, and arrested 26-year-old Nathan M. Laws of Rochelle for Aggravated Domestic Battery.
Laws was additionally cited for driving under the influence of alcohol and driving under the influence of alcohol (blood or breath over .08).
Laws was transported to the Ogle County Jail where he was detained pending an appearance before a judge.
