The Sauk Valley held their Consolidated Election on Tuesday. Many decisions were made. In Rock Falls, Brian Snow held a seat as the 2nd Ward Alderman for 20-years. That came to an end as Marshal Doane won the seat. Steve Dowd will remain as 3rd Ward Alderman in Rock Falls.
In Sterling, the voters voted Allen Przysucha to the council for the first time. Jim Wise will remain as the Alderman at Large. The two incumbents for the Sauk Valley Community College Board of Trustees retained their seats. Tom Demmer and Danelle Burrs won their races.
In the Dixon Township Highway Commissioner race, Corey Reuter was elected. On the Oregon City Council Josiah Flanagan and Tim Krug won their seats.
The Ashton Village President is Tim Henert and Franklin Grove Village President is Eric Grendahl. For the Ashton Franklin Center School District, the winners were Lea Henert, Cullen Searing and Tiffany Willstead.
