The CEO Program is a program where local school students come up with a business plan and the try to start their own business.
During the recent Dixon City Council meeting, Alaney Rule came before the council to share about a fundraiser the group is having. It is called Bogus Bingo. Young said they have five types of bingo guests can have fun with.
Young said they came up with the idea because their original idea was shot down because they were all under the age of 18. They quickly changed gears and decided on Bogus Bingo.
The event will be held on February 13 at the Dixon Elks Lodge. The major CEO Event will be in April at the Northland Mall.
