Rock Falls Kicks Off Holidays Friday with Hometown Holidays

Are you ready to see Santa Clause and a time to celebrate the Holidays?

The Rock Falls Chamber of Commerce hopes to get you in the mood.  Friday, November 22, beginning at 5:00 PM will be the return of the Rock Falls Hometown Holidays.

There will be Santa, open houses as well as music says Sam Smith, CEO of Rock Falls Chamber of Commerce.

One of the changes this year would be the location of the food vendors.  They are moved more towards 2nd Street said Smith.

Smith said another reason for the Hometown Holidays before Thanksgiving is to make sure the event is not in competition with other community events.
