The Visit Rock Falls Halloween House Decorating Contest is back.
Registration must be submitted by October 18 at 5 p.m. A night photo must be emailed with registration. All light and yard displays must be visible from the street.
For voting, all displays must be turned on between 5:30 pm to 9:30 pm October 21 through October, 28th Prizes will be awarded for the Best Themed & Scariest House.
Winners will be announced on October 29.
